1. Wrinkles or rolling of the film
Reason: Uneven film thickness, insufficient cooling, misalignment of herringbone clamps or traction rollers, uneven clamping force.
Solution: Adjust thickness uniformity, enhance cooling effect, calibrate centerline, reduce the angle of the herringbone clamp, adjust traction roller pressure

2. The surface of the film is rough or uneven
Reason: Unstable membrane bubbles, excessive moisture in raw materials, and improper temperature control.
Solution: Stabilize the film bubbles, dry the raw materials, optimize temperature parameters (such as increasing extrusion temperature or reducing inflation ratio) .
3. Uneven film thickness
Reason: Uneven gap between the mold mouth, inconsistent cooling air volume, inappropriate blowing or pulling ratio.
Solution: Adjust the die gap, clean the cooling air ring, optimize the inflation ratio and traction speed.
4. Poor film opening (too sticky)
Reason: Insufficient opening agent in raw materials, high temperature, and insufficient cooling.
Solution: Replace the resin containing the opening agent, lower the extrusion temperature, and accelerate the cooling rate.
5. Poor transparency of the film
Reason: Poor plasticization, low inflation ratio, high moisture content in raw materials.
Solution: Increase the extrusion temperature, adjust the inflation ratio, and dry the raw materials.
6. Bubbles or stripes on the surface of the film
Reason: The raw materials contain moisture, the machine head temperature is too high, or there are impurities.
Solution: Dry the raw materials, clean the machine head, and adjust the temperature.
7. Uneven winding
Reason: uneven thickness, uneven cooling, and unbalanced traction roller pressure.
Solution: Adjust the thickness uniformity, check the air flow rate of the air ring, and polish the surface of the traction roller.
8. Mechanical wear and maintenance
Reason: Bearing/gear wear, insufficient lubrication.
Solution: Regular maintenance, replacement of worn parts, use of high-quality lubricants
